I’m an experienced eCommerce and Marketing Manager based in Limerick, currently working as the Head of Marketing & eCommerce at the Hugh Jordan Group (Hugh Jordan, AJ Stuart, McGrath Refrigeration, The Chef Shop, Hugh Jordan UK & James F.Kidds). In this role, I manage a portfolio of multi-channel online stores and oversee strategy across digital, brand, and customer experience. My work spans- Digital Growth Strategy – driving online sales through UX optimisation, conversion rate improvements, paid media, SEO, and email marketing- Brand & Content Development – building brand identity, tone of voice, and content plans across web, social, and print- Campaign Management – creating and executing multi-channel campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and B2B hospitality events- Leadership & Collaboration – managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and delivering high-impact trade shows, brochures, and catalogues- Data & Insights – using analytics to track performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to shape future growth. Since 2024, I’ve also been working freelance with businesses in Ireland and abroad, supporting them with marketing strategy, content creation, and eCommerce consulting. This work allows me to collaborate with diverse brands, helping them refine their messaging, build their online presence, and connect authentically with customers. I hold a Business Studies degree (2.1) from the University of Limerick with a focus on Marketing and Management, along with further qualifications in Event Management, Digital Marketing, Photoshop, InDesign, and most recently a Level 9 degree in Project Management. Outside of my professional work, I run a travel blog that has sharpened my skills in website design, storytelling, and digital marketing.
