I currently lead and support Occupational Therapy Team Leaders nationally, while overseeing the NSW Clinical Team—driving clinical excellence, team development, and strategic service delivery across regional and metro areas. I lead by doing—working alongside my teams to build capability, embed evidence-based practice, and create a high-performing, supportive culture. My focus is on enhancing client outcomes, ensuring service quality, and empowering OT professionals to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. NSW Clinical Team Oversight – Direct leadership and operational management of the NSW OT team, supporting performance, development, and innovation.
