Gabriel Builders Family of Companies includes a luxury custom home construction company (Gabriel Builders), a custom cabinet shop (Nicholas James Fine Woodworking), and an interior design firm (LH Design Studio), with +70 employees and annual revenue of over 42 million dollars. My professional strengths are in: • Developing processes and establishing stakeholder buy-in • Building productive teams by setting clear expectations and creating positive team morale • Leading difficult conversations with respect and care for all people involved • Preventing and resolving conflicts, both internally and externally • Creating effective communication plans that encourage good decision making • Building dynamic interdepartmental workflows with integrated pivot points Committed to making a positive difference in my community, I also serve on panels throughout the Upstate in need of operational or branding guidance.
