About Emily Dibdin

Hi there I’m Emily — passionate about people, nature, and living life with curiosity! In 2023, I took a career break to reconnect with myself and reflect deeply on my professional aspirations after four years in the corporate world (spoiler alert: it wasn’t for me!). Through solo travels, self-reflection, and meaningful connections along the way, I realized I could blend my lifelong love for nature and my passion for people development by pursuing a career in Outdoor and Experiential Education. Since then, I’ve been following my curiosity and building experience across a wide range of settings — from urban-based programs and an international trip to Ecuador, to backcountry journeys with Outward Bound Canada and living on an ecological reserve among old-growth trees and salmon spawning channels. Having experienced firsthand the healing power of nature, I’m now ready to explore the world of Ecopsychology and Nature-Based Therapy, continuing to grow, learn, and connect along the way.
