About Emily Dick

I have recently moved from Texas to North Carolina. In my time in Texas, I attended and worked for Angelo State University. I also worked for Rentech Boilers. While at Angelo state, I worked in the Accounts Payable Office from 2017-2019. This job allowed me to gain amazing experience in both invoice and statement reconciliation, along with practice in minor financial analysis. I also regularly coded purchase orders for several different times of vendors, with services ranging from office supplies to medical coverage payments. While at Rentech Boilers, I worked in the Document Control Office. This position gave me the opportunity to learn about the document circulation for a manufacturing project. I was responsible for receiving, tracking and sending different document or drawing packages. I also had regular correspondence with varying levels of the company echelons, with internal and external vendors and with customers. During my time as a student at Angelo State University I was a part of two different data analysis projects. On the first project my team and I analyzed a survey about the university’s library and gave detailed feedback to the library. This helped the library enhance their services and better assist students. The second project was an analysis over a public company. My team chose to perform an analysis on Allegiant Air. During this project, my duties were to analyze and summarize their financial information to portray their financial health. I would like to expand my experience in data analysis and market research. Specialites: Data Analysis, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, Microsoft Suite, multi-tasking, and thriving in high-volume work environments.
