I know my profile used to talk about chronic pain yet stress is so linked to pain that I can still help with managing persistent pain. I have a special interest in the body and how the mind and body are connected and this is part of it. After having experienced the benefits of therapy myself from about the age of 14, I dreamed that one day I'd become a counsellor. Many years and some. let's just say "interesting" training experiences later, I achieved that dream. I am a warm, non-judgmental online counsellor with my focus being on your experience, how your thoughts and feelings are affecting you- How We Can Work Together I am qualified to diploma level with ABC awards in Therapeutic Counselling. I work online via Zoom and Teams and this enables anyone in the UK to work with me and prevents any accessibility issues.(If you're outside of the UK and wish to explore how we can work together, drop me a DM) The only requirement is being able to use technology.
