I am a driven, adaptable and responsible individual with multiple years of experience as an administrator/receptionist in the healthcare industry; with focus on customer service-based roles. These past roles have allowed me to fine-tune many of my soft skills that I continue to utilize in my current role. In recent years, I have found a passion for social media marketing and keeping up with social trends and content. I'm able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis competently, working well under the pressure. I'm also able to communicate effectively both orally and written. I'm a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail and always delivers the best performance. I thrive in both team based and solo roles and have a passion for learning and honing new skills. I have allowed myself to make dramatic changes to my career path by taking on new and exciting challenges, while utilizing my existing skill set. Throughout my working life, I have been able to apply my creativity and adaptability to enhance the roles I have been given and to accept new responsibilities to grow my existing role and impact on my team as well as the business.
