A recent graduate of Gonzaga University with a bachelor's in Biology (4.0 GPA) while also Vice President of Alpha Sigma Nu, a Jesuit honors society. Past research experience includes inorganic chemistry synthesis, cancer cell immunology, and chemical analysis for a comprehensive multi-disciplinary background. Current research project at Dr. Zhu's Lab within the Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences Department of WSU's Spokane Campus includes phenotyping and maintaining of a novel mouse model studying human aging diseases. Additionally, current work is looking at construction of viral vectors for examining recovery of degenerative phenotypes in knockout-mice within mouse model. Open and applying to PhD programs to pursue plans within the field of biomedical and pharmaceutical research. Committed to bettering the health of humans through pharmaceutical approaches by contributing to research in order to find tangible and novel solutions to ongoing and detrimental problems.
