Hello everyone! Being a therapist is a privilege, I am welcomed into the most intimate parts of a person’s life in order to help them to grow and positively change their life. Currently working at FAR Therapeutics Arts and Recreation. Art therapy is uniquely positioned to help those reconnect with themselves along with friends, families and other support systems. Through my experience I have discovered how art therapy can be a grounding and mindfulness exercises along with a platform of self-expression. I have the ability to identify patients’ needs and determining targeted therapeutic solutions using art therapy interventions with the plan to achieve objectives to improve quality of life. I am familiar and excel working alongside other mental health and medical professionals on a treatment team.
