Planner with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Federal master planning related expertise. Analysis has focused on land use, socioeconomics and environmental justice, coastal zone management, as well as transportation and community infrastructure. Experienced NEPA Project Manager of both EISs EAs, managing six figure budgets and multiyear project timelines. Experience managing DoD Real Property Master Planning efforts for various installations to include conducting planning charrettes, developing Area Development Plans, Vision Plans, and Capital Investment Strategies. Extensive knowledge of the DoD UFC 2-100-01 for Installation Master Planning. I have organized, planned, and conducted various public involvement efforts including scoping meetings, hearings, and workshops. I have facilitated and instructed public relations training with respect to NEPA-oriented Risk Communication. Developed content for outreach materials including public project websites, fact sheets, newsletters, advertisements and public meeting displays. I also have knowledge of and experience in environmental compliance auditing, having conducted numerous audits over all branches of DoD.
