Over the years I have trained staff and admin support in their new roles, managed crowds of over 150+ people during irregular operations, managed high level conflict among guests with no incident, effectively managed and administered Website usability, content and further built a data base for WestJetFestivals.com; finding, inviting and chronicling festivals across Canada to participate while supporting the Marketing team with all their administrative duties. I surveyed our partners to find solutions to better support the communities that support us. I worked with all levels of management and front line across Canada collecting and presenting data to support the grass roots desire of our company to support local communities. With my creative aptitude I also planned and executed three large fashion events hosting over 200 people with limited resources and a great team.
