About Emily Gemmill

In my role at The King’s Trust, I specialise in securing and cultivating corporate partnerships that align with both organisational goals and the corporate social responsibility objectives of external partners. With a proven track record of transforming new business leads into long-term, sustainable employability partnerships, I have successfully delivered targeted programmes that create meaningful career opportunities for young people. By designing initiatives tailored to each partner's unique needs, I foster the development of young talent, enabling their seamless integration into the workforce whilst driving measurable impact for our partners and the communities we serve. With over 3 years experience in various roles at The King's Trust, and over 8 years experience as a teacher and dance teacher, I have developed a versatile range of instructional expertise and a deep passion for empowering young people through education, employment and the arts. I am committed to my own continuous learning journey. I hold a PGCE in Primary Education, a BA (Hons) in Professional Practice Dance, and multiple dance qualifications. I actively engage in ongoing training and professional development to expand my knowledge and skills. I also strive to integrate eco-consciousness into my work and actively contribute to building a greener and more sustainable future. Through my unwavering commitment to personal growth, empowerment, and sustainability, I am determined to make a lasting and positive impact on the lives of those who need the greatest support.
