Hi my name is Emily; I am a college graduate and hold my BA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College as well as an M.S. in Early Childhood Education I am currently the center Director at VINCI Academy; VINCI educates over Children world wide operating in China, Canada and the US. We are a full time childcare 5 days a week, 7am-7pm, only closed on major holidays, serving Children Ages 3months-5 years old, open door policy for parents to stop by anytime, everything is include in tuition. The program is a High technology blending learning consisting of Montessori & Regio styles combined with our proprietary VINCI tablet that is use for assessment purposes only, which then allows parents to go online and track the progress of their child anytime. My experience with VINCI Academy & The Escondido Community Child Development Center has provided me with a strong understanding of what it takes to lead employees in an effective & positive way, as well as problem solving and customer service. I have been extremely successful in my current role as Site Supervisor where I have learned a great deal about the professional development, state licensing, program quality improvement, brand building and supervision of staff along with children and their families. What my resume cannot tell you are the intangibles that set me apart from other candidates. I have a unique ability to relate to others, build rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships.
