About Emily Grabe

I’m a curious and purpose-driven brand and marketing leader with extensive experience in building brands that matter. Today, I lead brand at Stegra, building the world’s first large-scale green steel plant in Boden, northern Sweden. Alongside operational roles, I also bring experience from board work in impact start-ups, publishing and retail, supporting companies with brand and growth perspectives at a strategic level. My career spans global FMCG, early-stage ventures and scale-ups, but the common thread has always been the same: a belief in brand as a strategic and creative force for long-term impact. From my early days at Lynxeye, where I worked with insight-driven brand positioning, to leading brand development in various roles at Arla Foods, home to some of Sweden’s most loved brands, launching Okivi at Foodoki and co-founding Amberry with the lifestyle concept Healthy Blue Habits, I’ve consistently helped build brands with a clear sense of purpose and commercial impact. What drives me is the opportunity to combine strategy and creativity to build strong, relevant brands - and to support ideas and companies that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and a more sustainable future.
