About Emily Gray

I am a dedicated fundraising professional with a passion for connecting mission-driven organizations with transformational donors. With over a decade of experience in major gifts, capital campaigns, and donor stewardship, I have successfully raised millions to support causes that make a lasting difference. At the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, I lead major gift fundraising efforts, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and foundations to support law enforcement. Through direct mail, digital outreach, and personal engagement, I help ensure fallen officers are honored, their stories are told, and those who serve are protected. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Pennington & Company, I developed and executed multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns, securing six and seven-figure contributions from individual donors and foundations. I spearheaded strategic donor engagement initiatives, consistently surpassing fundraising goals. I am passionate about creating opportunities for donors to make a meaningful impact. If you're interested in supporting law enforcement or exploring ways to drive philanthropy forward, let’s connect!
