About Emily Gronlund

I earned my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August 2023 and completed my Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Bay Path University in May 2023. I enjoy working in home and community settings and have experience with ages ranging 1.5 - 30 years old. I am passionate about implementing Positive Behavior Supports, providing client-centered and assent-based care as well as effective caregiver education. I previously worked as a Training and Program Specialist as well as Clinician in Training at Bierman Autism Center. Among the responsibility of supervising and training staff members, I promoted positive relations between stakeholders and made clinical and data-based decisions regarding client progress. Additional activities including analyzing charts, conducting assessments such as the VB MAPP, making program modifications, designing training tools, and writing Functional Behavior Assessments. Prior to this position, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing 40 hours a week of 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia with Bachelors degrees in Human Development & Family Science and Psychology. I worked as an International Leadership Consultant through Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarter's one-year program that was completed on May 8th, 2020. I have a demonstrated history of working in the Education Management Industry, Child Development, Fundraising, and Event Planning. I am skilled in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Public Speaking, Leadership, and Project Management.
