About Emily Guyot

I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies, which sparked my interest in global markets and consumer behavior. Since May 2023, I have been working as an Associate Manager, Global Pricing & Promotions at WeightWatchers, where I own most of the day-to-day campaign setup process and lead on messaging and pricing strategies. I have developed strong problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and team building skills in this role, as I work with various stakeholders and partners to deliver effective and profitable promotions. In my current role, I also track KPIs daily, monitor how promotions are performing in real time, and make any pricing pivots necessary. I help drive change by ideating new offers and performance driving tactics by preparing A/B tests. I maintain monthly offer calendars and competitive tracking decks, and partner with content and creative teams to build creative takeovers on the website. I am passionate about creating engaging and innovative campaigns that resonate with customers and drive growth. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in international studies and previous experience in merchandising and sourcing analysis for different markets and categories.
