About Emily Henderson

I am a very determined and career driven individual. I enjoy keeping busy in a fast-paced work environment and love challenging myself. With a background in customer service, I have worked predominately in premium retail goods and services. In doing so, I have built the ability to develop rapport with all sorts of different individuals. These communication skills are complimented by my administrative capabilities, and as such I feel adept at a range of different organisational tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel and more. Additionally, my strong retail background means I feel comfortable meeting KPIs and sales targets, always challenging myself to exceed the benchmark in everything I do. My experiences have taught me to be resilient, patient, and level-headed under pressure. I pride myself on my ability to approach complicated problems logically and take into account different perspectives so as to operate in a efficient and effective a manner.
