Her experience working across leading organizations in different sectors of the healthcare industry provides her with a unique perspective. She achieved unprecedented industry-leading results while directing CVS Health’s Star Quality Ratings and Medication Adherence Product portfolio. Improving Star Ratings from 2.5 to 4 she played a vital role in elevating outcomes access and experience for the plan’s 6M+ low-income members. Introducing novel predictive modeling capabilities and behavior change best practices she transformed the Medication Adherence product portfolio to take a patient-centered approach resulting in a significant improvement in outcomes and costs and a foundation for innovation across other consumer behavior change programs. Most recently she served as SVP Operations Excellence at Cityblock Health a venture backed company focused on building a scalable solution to address the root causes of health for underserved urban populations. At Cityblock she designed and built a portfolio of core operating functions to enable the company to scale. Previously she served as a member of the management team at Haven where she partnered with the COO/acting CEO to define a shared strategic direction with the Board of Directors with a particular focus on evaluating value-based purchasing and pricing models and patient engagement solutions. As Vice President of Data Analytics and Reporting for Beacon Health Options she reengineered a 100-member shared service organization to align internal operations with overall corporate priorities which was a key enabler of the successful sale of the company to Anthem.
