About Emily Klunk

I am an Undergraduate student at Clemson University Honors College working on my Bachelor of Science in health sciences with a double minor in biological sciences and cluster life sciences. I have been working to obtain a strong foundation of physical sciences while also exploring a variety of public health science topics to broaden my background. At Clemson, I am involved in several extracurriculars, including the American Medical Student Association, Eta Sigma Gamma Health Sciences Honor Society, Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, and the Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader Program, each providing me with unique leadership and philanthropic opportunities. I am motivated by my high drive for medicine and current medical practices as I am conducting research currently with Prisma Health on the use of indocyanine green dye in robotic cholecystectomies.
