About Emily Kozel

I help teams unlock performance—by designing strategic training programs, aligning learning to business outcomes, and translating insights into measurable impact. With 14+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, and Program Management, I’ve built and scaled global initiatives that have driven 25%+ revenue growth, trained 700+ stakeholders across time zones, and delivered 270+ Train-the-Trainer sessions with real-world results. My work lives at the intersection of strategy and execution: where clarity meets action, and where enablement becomes a growth lever—not an afterthought.I lead with data, build trust through collaboration, and thrive in environments that move fast and expect results. Whether I’m standing up a new enablement platform, optimizing performance dashboards, or designing a rollout strategy that actually sticks, I bring the same mindset: consistent execution, continuous improvement, and a deep respect for the learner’s experience.Outside the office, I coach runners through marathons and mindset breakthroughs. With 22 marathons (including all six Abbott World Majors) under my belt, I believe performance—on the track or at work—comes down to smart planning, deliberate practice, and showing up with purpose. If you’re building programs, platforms, or teams that empower people to grow and perform at their best—I’m ready to help you go further.
