Dr Emily has appeared on podcasts such as Dr Rangan Chatterjee's Feel Better, Live More, Dr Michael Mosley's Just One Thing, and BBC Radio 4 Food Programme, sharing her expertise on gut health and nutrition. Her scientific research at King's College London focuses on the relationship between diet, the gut microbiome, and health. Dr Emily is part of the PROSPECT Cancer Grand Challenges team, led by Harvard University, investigating early onset colorectal cancer, diet, and the gut microbiome. She holds a BSc in Nutrition, a MSc in Dietetics, a PhD in diet, the gut microbiome and health, and is a Registered Dietitian. Her first career was as a private Chef on superyachts.
