I am a motivated and results-oriented professional with diverse actuarial experience in Life Insurance, Pension and Benefits Industry in North America and Asia. With my current role in the corporate/group function of a global life insurance company, I have in-depth understanding of the Company's key business processes, their risks and controls, relevant Corporate standards, Valuation, Pricing, Capital and Risk management framework, regulatory and Industry guidelines, financial reporting standards in various jurisdictions. I work with teams in Canada, US and Asia, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to understand highly technical business processes and their risk implications, identify issues, analyze complex situations, effectively communicate ideas and recommendations to the Management. I have experience managing our Actuarial students, proficient in Data Analytic using Power BI and Python, recently I won 1st place in 2023 DA hackathon among 60+ contestants in my team. I am also a Certified Advance Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile Project management.
