About Emily Litell

Emily Litell is a health management consultant and clinician in the Health and Group Benefits practice and the Health Management specialty practice of Towers Watson. Located in the San Francisco office, she provides strategic and operational consulting on wellness and health management initiatives, health plan and vendor programs, incentive and program design and overall vendor management. Through her past work as a registered dietitian, Emily has assessed, planned, implemented and documented the care for diverse patient populations. In addition, she has provided direct nutrition education and counseling to a variety of audiences on a wide range of nutrition related topics including general nutrition, weight management, sports nutrition, healthy eating, and medical nutrition therapy for a variety of clinical diagnoses. Emily earned a dual degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Vermont and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She earned her Masters degree in Applied Public Health Nutrition from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Sweden.
