About Emily Loke

One of my lifelong passions has been biology. I chose to study biology in university, and feel very grateful that my current role as a creditor claims analyst allows me to continue exploring this interest via the adjudication of disability, critical illness and life claims. Prior to starting my career in insurance, I worked in healthcare for about 7 years. This allowed me to develop empathy and patience. In more recent years, I’ve also come to love guiding others in their learning. I worked as a tutor for primary and high school students right after graduating from university, and have really enjoyed assisting some of our new staff in learning the ropes in my current role. There is so much more that I look forward to learning, and will continue to strive to brighten my co-workers and clients lives along the way.
