I have worked on projects for the past 20 years, in varying roles. Coming from an IT background, I have the ability to interpret ‘tech’ talk to ‘business’ talk and vice versa. I can understand what is required, and ultimately deliver a solution the client wants. I see things through to the end and make sure all tasks are complete. I love learning new things, and challenging myself within my work. Having recently focused on Change Management, I realise the importance of understanding resistance that may occur through change, and have a strong focus on people being ready when changes happen. I love to communicate, so everyone is aware of what is happening, why, when, and how they will be impacted. Documentation is one of my fortes.
