I would introduce myself to you by saying these three things… I am Authentic, Positively Thriving and Innovative. As a People Leader, it is organically embedded in me to be the person within my Team that people go to when the hard things need to get done or they need uplifting or encouragement! In business, some forget that in order for teams to thrive, you must have emotional intelligence if you are leading them. The more you understand what makes your employees show up everyday and perform a great job is equally as important next to fundamentals and talent. As a woman of God, my faith is always the guiding light in my life! My core values as a human, are centered around my faith and I always strive to do things that align with that. It’s not just center for me to be a great professional but it is most important to me, to be a GREAT human in the eyes of God. It doesn’t start and end with me, helping my team grow and break through glass ceilings professionally is a passion of mine. My career growth can be attested in my abilities to restructure and improve processes, bringing clarity and solutions between dichotomies within the workplace, thriving in environments where change and growth opportunities arrive and solving client issues leading to holistic satisfaction! I am the LEADER, my team and colleagues trust to get it done. One of my greatest passions is helping my team flourish to be the best that they can be, to produce positive results! This is at the center of providing clients and customers with optimal impressions and experiences which encourages business growth. I have a restless drive to produce excellent results!
