I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in commercial support, finance, and administration. Currently working as a Rebate Coordinator at untypical, managing the collation, submission and invoicing of all rebates for Hopkins Homes and Tilia Homes. My role focuses on optimising rebate process and analysing compliance across the group to drive larger rebate returns. Previously working as a Commercial Assistant at Hopkins Homes Limited, supporting the procurement manager with tender processes, leading a project in streamlining the invoice query process and assisting the buyers with day-to-day material requisitions to ensure efficiency on site. Prior to that I worked as a Commercial Finance Administrator at Cloudfm Group Ltd, developing and maintaining weekly and monthly stakeholder reports using PowerBi & Excel. Leveraging these skills, I went on to fully automate the internal board report for the commercial team, significantly saving time within the team and improving the quality of the data provided. Additionally, I provided ad hoc analysis on our internal processes to improve automation and proceeded to lead the projects to achieve these enhancements. In addition to my professional experience, I am pursuing a Business Management degree part-time with the Open University, which I am due to graduate in 2026. This academic pursuit complements my practical experience and enhances my ability to contribute effectively to my team, enhancing my written communication and analytical skills.
