About Emily Murphy

I am a certified HR and strategic leader with 13+ years of experience helping teams grow, adapt, and succeed. My passion is coaching and developing people, building strong leaders, and creating cultures where accountability and authenticity drive results. As Chief of Staff at HNM Systems, I partner closely with our President & CEO to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen operations, fuel growth, and secure long-term success. I focus on simplifying complex challenges, modernizing processes, and ensuring every team member is set up to contribute meaningfully to our goals. I manage high-impact projects, align business strategies with execution, and collaborate directly with key stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, I optimize performance management and standardize processes to support scalability. What I value most in my role is the chance to coach, guide, and lead across all facets of the business—while continuing my own journey of growth as both a leader and a person.
