About Emily Nack

As a Lead Medical Administrative Assistant at Mayo Clinic, I focus on leveraging my organizational and leadership skills. In tandem with my undergraduate coursework in an administrative-focused position within the medical field. Currently, I possess the title of being the Lead MAA for the Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Diabetes department, while being a certified STAR trainer for our MAA team to ensure the appropriate onboarding processes are being specialized and specific to each trainee. Running parallel- I have also had the honor of being the representative for the patient experience committee, to contribute in enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, being the ransomware champion for our MAA team. My robust familiarity with medical terminology, and electronic health records (epic) empowers me to collaborate effectively with healthcare personnel’s to help facilitate the seamless operation of both medical facilities and delivering high-quality support to both patients and medical staff.
