I bring a solid foundation of clinical expertise and leadership experience, having previously worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in LTC settings. My commitment to enhancing care delivery and fostering compassionate, resident-centered environments drives me to continuously strive for excellence in every aspect of care. I am proud to have completed an Advanced Clinical Practice Fellowship with a focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in healthcare leadership, which has further deepened my passion for promoting inclusive, diverse, and equitable practices in long-term care. This work has strengthened my leadership approach, ensuring that care environments are not only high-quality but also fair and respectful for both residents and staff. Additionally, I have completed a Leadership Course in Point of Care in LTC, which has equipped me with practical skills in optimizing care processes and supporting staff at the front lines. My combined clinical background, leadership training, and EDI-focused mindset position me to lead teams that improve outcomes, foster staff engagement, and ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care. I am dedicated to creating environments where all individuals—both residents and team members—feel supported, valued, and empowered.
