About Emily Ostrow

Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 3 years of inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling and prescription. Completed graduate work in metabolic adaptations and eating disorders and named graduate student of the year. I come to my nutrition practice with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and 11 years of health and fitness experience. I love combining science based evidence with holistic approaches and have completed additional training in integrative and functional nutrition. My 4+ years of nutrition education has been through a variety of mediums; corporate wellness, athletes, camera facing video content and creative content such as TikTok and instagram. I bring evidence based and real world applications to my practice so that clients can feel empowered to make lasting and impactful changes they can sustain and grow.
