I am a Product Success Manager at Cielo Talent, a global leader in talent acquisition and management solutions. I have developed a passion for creating operational experiences that marry technology to the human touch. My mission is to make HR Tech as easy as ordering a pizza, so that it makes a maximum impact for minimum effort and expense. Lately, I've created, launched, stabilized and transitioned two products and getting ready to start on two more to close out 2025. These products have looked closely at how AI can improve the TA space, for both teams and candidates. My core competencies include data analysis, auditing, implementation, and elevating customer experience, whether it's an internal manager or an individual contributor-experience is everything. I leverage these skills to illuminate talent, empower people and technology to work together, and provide solutions for various business needs. I am also viciously curious and a critical thinker, always looking for the next innovation or improvement in our services. I need to experience a great deal of learning in my job to be satisfied and I'm driven by new experiences. I love knowing. I love being the best and helping others gain knowledge.
