About Emily Panter

With almost a decade of experience as a business analyst I've seen both sides of the consultant/client relationship, initially as a vendor for land and asset management software with municipal clients across Canada and the United States and more recently as an analyst leading implementations for the District of Squamish. While I came to business analysis through the unusual route of a double degree in the humanities and social sciences the core passion that carried me through those degrees was a fascination with people. How people interact, the reason for their behaviors, how language impacts a group's perception of the world. These have continued to inform my approach to the analysis process, project management, mentorship and change management that I have taken on in my career.
