I’m a growth-focused sales and partnerships leader with a background spanning North America and Europe. Over the past several years, I’ve led teams, scaled processes, and built long-term client and partner relationships in the travel and lifestyle industries. Currently, I lead sales strategy and performance at On The Go Tours, where I’ve helped deliver consistent year-over-year growth while improving profitability and reducing acquisition costs. My role extends beyond sales; I collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and UX teams to shape campaigns, refine customer journeys, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. I bring a mix of strategic execution and people-first leadership, with hands-on experience in marketing and communications from my time at Formwerks Boutique Properties and earlier in management across travel, real estate, hospitality, wellness, and SAAS industries. I enjoy building scalable systems, forging partnerships, and aligning business goals with customer needs to drive both revenue and brand growth. Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and wellness, and thrive in environments where creativity, collaboration, and curiosity meet execution.
