Hello! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a dedicated and results-driven nursing professional with a strong background in nursing informatics and quality improvement. With hands-on experience bridging clinical practice and technology, I specialize in optimizing electronic health records (EHRs), enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve patient outcomes. My past work in quality improvement initiatives has involved leading and supporting projects focused on patient safety, process improvement, and compliance, always grounded in evidence-based practices and measurable results. I thrive on turning data into actionable insights that drive positive change, especially for those that involve patient care. Known for my strong attention to detail, I approach every task with precision, whether it’s analyzing data trends, documenting processes, or collaborating across teams. I’m highly organized, hardworking, and passionate about advancing healthcare through smart, efficient systems and continuous improvement. Outside of work I enjoy doing things to help support the community I live in. I am a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Choir, I am a Girl Scout leader, and am the secretary for the Ottawa-Glandorf March Band Boosters.
