About Emily Rho

I work with my clients to collaboratively develop business strategy and solutions. In doing so, my top priority is bringing everyone along the ride, making sure communication and relationship building are at the center of how we tackle complex problems together. I believe that this is one of the most important factor in ensuring that solutions get implemented and adopted seamlessly. By using human-centered design, systems thinking, and foresight research, I bring rigours methods and data to the problem solving process. Leveraging these methods, I have led and delivered implementation-ready solutions across industries, including healthcare, education, finance, housing. I have a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, where I had the pleasure of tackling some of the most wicked problems-visioning a better long-term care in Ontario, community empowered urban design, propelling the purpose economy in Canada, and futures of digital gig work.
