With over 8 years of work experience in various roles, I have developed core competencies in customer service, administration, and event coordination. I am passionate about providing quality education and facilitating active learning experiences for diverse audiences. I currently work as an Event Coordinator at Seven Steps to Writing Success, a leading provider of professional development for teachers and schools. In my role, I coordinate all public workshops, manage the schedule of workshops, and ensure the presenters and co-hosts are well-prepared and informed. I also provide excellent customer service and administration for the online workshops, processing bookings and invoicing, handling customer requests, and collecting and analysing feedback. I use my skills in sales processes, interpersonal and communication skills, and data management to deliver successful and engaging workshops that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. I enjoy working with the Seven Steps presenting team and CEO, and contributing to the organization's mission and vision.
