About Emily Scott

As a Senior Community Relations Coordinator at Kohl’s, I specialize in fostering multi-million-dollar nonprofit partnerships and driving meaningful community engagement initiatives. With a strong focus on relationship building, I ensure that our partners meet their goals while maximizing the impact of the grants we provide. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for creating mutually beneficial collaborations. From managing large-scale partnerships to supporting volunteer programs and grant initiatives, I thrive on helping organizations make a difference. One of my proudest achievements has been playing a key role in Kohl’s largest partnership to date—a $10 million commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. My greatest strength lies in building relationships rooted in trust and understanding, always putting the best interests of our partners first. I also bring project management skills to the table, successfully organizing and executing new initiatives. I’m continually inspired by the opportunity to nurture relationships and contribute to community-focused initiatives. As someone deeply invested in making a positive impact, I’m always looking for ways to grow, collaborate, and support meaningful work in both my professional and personal endeavors. Let’s connect to discuss ideas, share insights, or explore opportunities to amplify the good we can do together!
