My career journey has taken me from roles as a Field Staff Manager, Communications Coordinator, Guest Services Manager, and several high-performing Customer Service roles to my current position as Hiring Manager. My career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence, program integrity and sustainability, and the art of building effective and productive relationships. I thrive when I am enabling autonomy and authority in my professional relationships, fostering and cultivating a collaborative environment where individuals feel trusted and are able to shine. My expertise lies in partnership and team development, promoting programs or job roles, process definition and refinement, and program or project management. Currently serving as the Hiring Manager at Wild Animal Initiative, a remote 501c3 nonprofit, I am committed to expanding our team responsibly and inclusively as we continue our mission to enhance the welfare of free-ranging animals in the wild.
