Hi there! I'm Em, Head of Learner Engagement at Boost, helping contact centres and customer service teams level up through impactful and super sticky training and coaching. I'm part of small but mighty crew making big waves across the UK and a few ripples in Europe too!Before Boost, I wore many hats, shop assistant, overseas rep, frontline advisor, mortgage consultant, complaints handler, recruiter, awards judge, you name it. But the golden thread? Customer service and a deep-rooted love for learning and development.Training has always lit me up. I’m fascinated by how people learn, what makes ideas stick, and how we can spark those “a-ha!” moments that shift mindset and supercharge customer obsession.At Boost, I get to do just that, designing and delivering meaningful training, supporting frontline and leadership teams, hosting peer groups, speaking at events, and championing best practice across the industry.
