About Emily Spinato

A good friend of mine once told me that she has a philosophy when it comes to decision-making. She said that she doesn't want to grow up and reflect on her life thinking about her regrets. This profound wisdom made me reconsider my own life decisions, and sparked a renewed perspective on what I could achieve in my life. In my professional life, I also didn't want to have any regrets by not taking chances or risks when opportunities arise. I decided to apply for the Certificate in Makeup at Tafe, which was a new and exciting direction that would lead me to my role with the University of South Australia while I studied, and then to a Certificate II in Salon Assist. Now I take every opportunity to learn something new, both at work and in life - I started learning the guitar earlier this year!Presently, I am a colour specialist at Mecca and an Administration Officer with the University, which at this time is a great balance. I look forward to what direction I will go in next.
