About Emily Stanton

During my time with Adventure Life, I have worn many hats. I began as an administrative assistant before moving into more vital support roles within the company. I was a key part of the development of the company's self-built data management system and aided in its progress through trainings and day-to-day engagement with the sales team as they began to use the platform to provide quotations and invoice clients more effectively. These experiences propelled me into a position of leadership as Content Manager. I've accomplished the following since taking on the role- Built and trained a functioning team of website content updaters based on my experience and knowledge in managing the company’s data systems - Selected and implemented project management tools for Content department employees - Developed core procedures and schedules for website content updating - Created and organized all onboarding and training materials for the Content team, including instructional videos and consolidated procedural documents - Created quality control systems to monitor success of all Content updaters - Trained industry partners in updating their own rates in the TSM, decreasing the data entry work necessary for our Adventure Life teams - Taken over the creation and management of all marketing campaigns - Onboarding sales team and training the team in how our marketing campaigns work, including the value of our marketing content in attracting more quality leads I am excited to be a part of a company that is constantly developing new ways to evolve in the travel industry, and hope to offer more of the creative thinking and solutions that are moving us forward.
