Background
About Emily Strober
Born and raised in Queens and Long Island, NY, I studied Advertising at Indiana University, Bloomington, and deepened my connection to my Jewish heritage through a transformative study abroad program at Tel Aviv University. These experiences shaped my career path, leading me to Hillel International’s Israel Action and Addressing Antisemitism Program (IAP), where I manage budgets, offer creative design support, and coordinate high-value projects. Now based in Tampa, FL, I share life with my dachshund, Sprinkles (@sprinklestheweenie), growing a vibrant online community of 350k+ followers on TikTok, 130k+ on Instagram, and 75k+ on Facebook, reaching 50M+ users monthly.I also co-founded Tampa Bay Weens, a dachshund community group. In six months, we organized a 200-attendee event, partnered with brands like Raising Canes, and achieved hundreds of thousands of social media impressions.
