I'm a social media scientist, identifying hypotheses, creating content experiments, and then making data-driven decisions on how to move forward. With more than eight years of social media experience, I’ve been at the helm of social media accounts through major brand updates, crisis situations and viral moments. However, not all social media work is public-facing. In fact, some of my best work is done behind the scenes, writing social media policies to mitigate risk, creating content strategy documentation and developing monthly, quarterly and fiscal year reporting structures.
