My career has been focused on helping organizations win in the marketplace by finding the intersection of what they do best and what actually matters to their customer. I work to champion consumer needs, attitudes and motivations as a driver for stronger brand connections. I love being brought in to tackle challenges, and I strive to bring strategic insight and thoughtful solutions to problems across the organization. My work has encompassed all areas of marketing and innovation from consumer segmentation and portfolio strategy to development and execution of multi-million dollar communication campaigns. These initiatives have helped the organization achieve aggressive growth targets, including building Cub Cadet into a billion dollar global brand, launching products that have captured 8+pt of share YOY and increasing brand consideration by 25%. Throughout my 18+ years of corporate, agency, non-profit and government experience I have been described as a dependable and hard-working partner - a direct result of being part of the 5th generation of a proud farming family. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my pride in my work and that of my amazing team by presenting to groups large and small every chance I get.
