I'm a product-minded problem solver with a background in workplace operations, UX design, and low-code development. I specialize in building tools and systems that make complex processes simpler, more human, and more scalable—from request platforms and automated workflows to dashboards that help teams make better decisions. Currently, I manage and develop internal products for a workplace services team, using tools like Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to translate real-world user needs into intuitive digital solutions. My work blends stakeholder collaboration, service design, and no-code/low-code development to create systems that just make sense—for both end users and operators. At heart, I’ve always been drawn to experiences that connect people and spark delight—whether performing on stage, leading campus tours, or designing interactive music programming for kids at summer camp. That early creative spirit still shapes my work today, especially when building tools that empower others to do their best work. I'm especially interested in opportunities where I can combine user experience, thoughtful technology, and mission-driven impact—whether in sustainability, travel, themed environments, or public service.
