I graduated with honors from Cambrian College with a diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology and earned a BSc in Environmental Practice from Royal Roads University, also with honors. Additionally, I completed a certificate in Regulatory Sciences at Algonquin College. Currently, I manage global inventory replenishment strategies for bulk and packaged products where I oversee the strategic replenishment of bulk and packaged products across multiple warehouses worldwide. My role involves strategically planning and coordinating product distribution across multiple warehouses worldwide to align with business growth objectives. I collaborate closely with our global supply chain and production teams to ensure seamless product flow and optimize inventory levels. Previously as a Product Specialist, where I participated in Product Life Cycle (PLC) initiatives for non-additized base oils, collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. I also served as a Research Technologist, contributing to product development and conducting rigorous testing to uphold quality standards. With over a decade of experience in laboratory settings, I have developed a diverse skill set. I played a lead role in the startup and development of a new laboratory facility, overseeing every aspect from planning to execution. My experience includes method development, writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and handling, testing, and classifying various waste streams, including water, solvent, oil, acid, caustic, and solid waste. I am proficient in the operation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced chemical instrumentation, such as GC-FID, GC-ECD, GC-MS, ICP-OES, Karl Fischer titrators, pH meters, bomb calorimeters, and automatic titrators. Additionally, I am well-versed in various testing methods, including EPA, ASTM, and CCME standards.
