About Emily Turkun

HR Professional and Virtual Assistant — Helping You Work Smarter, Not Harder By day, I’m a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator at A&H Steel, working to contribute to a purpose-driven HR department and support a people-first workplace culture. With over a decade of experience in administrative roles, I’ve developed a knack for keeping teams organized, operations smooth, and people empowered. By night (and weekends!), I’m the founder of Esinti Solutions — a Virtual Assistant business designed to support entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses who need reliable, behind-the-scenes support to keep their vision moving forward. From calendar and inbox management to content creation, website support, document control, and more, I bring my signature blend of detail, efficiency, and calm to every task. Whether I’m creating meeting agendas, booking travel, managing social media basics, or helping streamline day-to-day operations, I make it my mission to be the breeze behind your business — exactly what "Esinti" stands for. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the admin pile-up, or you’re just ready to delegate so you can grow — let’s chat! I offer flexible hourly, package, and project-based options tailored to your needs. Based in Edmonton, Alberta (but VA's are remote!) Let’s connect — I’d love to learn how I can support your success.
