Seasoned retail & people manager with 20 years of experience with a passion for training and developing strong teams. I have developed my staff which has led to multiple promotions from my stores. I always stretch myself to take on more than my division of responsibility, including leading new store trainings, helping support lower performing stores, and traveling with district partners to help train the district team. I lead a team through operational excellence and have been top in my district with internal audits, and inventory results and culture pulse survey results which checks for my teams’ satisfaction at work. • Manage and plan all aspects of the business, including driving sales metrics, cost control & people management • Recruit, hire and train and retain exceptional talent in retail and services • Reflect on monthly sales and behaviors through Monthly Business Review and plan quarterly through our quarterly action plan. • Create a culture where all associates feel safe to speak up and where we can have 2 way open & honest dialogue • Participated in multiple stretch assignments, where I oversaw multiple stores simultaneously, as well as provided training and coaching for other stores.
